For any question, report or request about your data, use the contact address below.
I usually reply within a few working days. If the request concerns your personal data, the statutory deadline is one month in any case.
If you found a problem
Three pieces of information make the difference between a report that gets solved and one that sits there:
- what you were doing, step by step, when it happened;
- phone model and operating-system version;
- the app version, at the bottom of the Profile tab.
If you can attach a screenshot, better still.
Deleting account and data
You can delete your account and the data associated with it directly from the app, in settings under the Profile tab. There is no one to write to and no reason to give.
If the app won’t start and you can’t reach that screen, write to me: I’ll do it.
Consent and privacy
Usage statistics and crash reports are switched on and off in settings under the Profile tab, at any time.
