These conditions govern the use of the element47 application. By using it you accept them; if they don’t convince you, don’t use it.

What element47 is
element47 is an application for iOS and Android that lets you build training programs — by hand or with the assistance of an artificial-intelligence model — log sessions and consult their history.
The service is provided «as is». Some features may change, be added or be removed over time.
Medical disclaimer
element47 does not provide medical advice. The programs generated or built in the app are general guidance on physical exercise, not a prescription nor personalised health advice.
Before starting a training program, consult a doctor, especially if you have medical conditions, ongoing injuries, are pregnant or have had cardiovascular events.
Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or malaise, and see a professional. Physical exercise carries risks that you take on yourself.
The screening questions in the app are a precaution, not a diagnosis, and their silence is not medical clearance.
Account
Using the app requires an account. You must be at least 16 and provide true information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity carried out with your account.
You can delete the account at any time from the app’s settings.
Your content
The plans, sessions, notes and custom exercises you create remain yours.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing you the service: syncing them across your devices, showing them to you and computing progressions and personal statistics.
We do not use your content to train models, we do not publish it, and we do not transfer it.
Permitted use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users’ data, circumvent technical limits or quotas, reverse engineer it except within the limits allowed by law, or deliberately overload the infrastructure.
We may limit or suspend access in the event of abusive use, with notice where reasonably possible.
Generation with artificial intelligence
Program generation is assisted by an artificial-intelligence model, within deterministic constraints and controls defined by us.
We do not guarantee that a generated program is suited to your specific condition. Review it critically, and with a professional when your situation calls for it.
The number of generations included may vary between app versions and is stated inside the app itself.
Availability and continuity
We do what we can to keep the service available, but we offer no guarantee of continuity. Maintenance, third-party provider failures or outages can happen.
The features that depend on the network — generation, synchronisation — require a connection. Session logging keeps working offline and syncs afterwards.
Costs
In this version the app is free and contains no purchases. If we introduce paid features in future, they will be clearly indicated before any charge and will not take away what is included today without telling you.
Intellectual property
The application, its design, the trademarks and the curated exercise library belong to the developer or to the respective rights holders, and are protected by copyright law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights the law grants consumers.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be flagged inside the app and you will be asked to accept them before continuing to use the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence or domicile remain competent.
